Taste Test is a popup restaurant series auditioning new restaurant concepts in York City. We're honored and delighted to be selected for this months Taste Test Audition! 

Forno Bova is wrapping up our 4th season of bringing our wood-fired oven to weddings, graduation parties and food truck festivals. We're looking forward to experimenting with some new flavors and dishes. We'll have something for everyone at our Taste Test, loyal fans and new friends alike!

Restaurant Hours:
Dinner on Saturday Dec 3rd: 5PM-9PM
Lunch on Sunday Dec 4th: 11AM-2PM
Dinner on Sunday Dec 4th: 4PM-8PM

What the Food Trucks

Forno Bova has been doing Foodstruck for as long as there has been a Foodstruck.  The new event is What the Food Trucks and we are looking forward to it. It's a great way to let so many people taste our pizza.

SEPTEMBER 4TH 2016 - 11-6PM - PENN PARK YORK PA
For 20k people, it's an admission free block party with 40 food trucks.

For us and the neighborhood, it's so much more.

We close an entire city park, fill it with food trucks and carts, local merchants, live music, and BEER. It’ll cost you nothing to get in; pay as you go eats, and plenty of space to kick back. Rain or shine, it's a day of days.

WHAT'S A FOODSTRUCK?

The old team, for 3 years, put their blood, sweat, tears, and money into building Foodstruck. We will continue that tradition so they can put their passions behind other projects that can benefit the community and build their own businesses of course!

We will be making our pizza with as we do with locally milled flour and locally sourced toppings.   This was one of our favorite events last year.

A fun, family-friendly festival, celebrating green, healthy and local living. Artisans, green-conscious businesses, non-profits, and locally-sourced food vendors set up in the block between N. Beaver Street, N. Pershing Avenue, W. Clarke Avenue and the White Rose Bar and Grill parking lot for an interactive street fair including live music, live animals, kids' activities, art and more. ,

Forno Bova Catering Tasting Party

We would love to invite everyone thinking of hiring Forno Bova to a catering tasting party.

 

We will park our wood fired oven in the back of the York City Pretzel Company and inside set up our pizza buffet, salad and a few starters.  This will be a chance to taste some of our different pizza selections and ask questions about our service. 

 

The party starts on 1/30/2016 at 6:30pm at York City Pretzel Company at 39 W Market St, York, PA 17401.

Food Trucks for A Cure

Food Trucks for A Cure is a free event to the public (just pay for whatever you want to eat) where 7 local food trucks are gathering in the front parking lot to raise awareness and collect donations for Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society. No tickets needed in advance*

Every 20 seconds someone will learn they have cancer. Since 1991, the cancer death rate has declined by 20% with the help of organizations like the American Cancer Society.
